Ordering Information
A 50% deposit must accompany all orders. The cost of all items, including freight, can be provided to you immediately. Phone, fax, or email us for current prices. We accept personal checks, American Express and Visa/Mastercard.
Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Our customers frequently recommend us to others. You are our best advertisement! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund less 40% restocking fee. Please repackage the piece as received and we will arrange for a pick-up. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Return freight damages will be charged to you. No returns can be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation & Changes
Since our pieces are hand-crafted to order, after your order has been placed, any changes will be subject to our ability to conform to the requested change. Cancellation of merchandise after an order is placed may result in the loss of part or all of your deposit.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped directly from Wish Designs via common carrier. Shipping cost is available for both the US, and international orders. The estimated shipping time is 3 - 6 weeks. All orders are 100% insured through the shipping process.
